Smelt and any associated token are not offered to, and must not be used by, persons in the following sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. No additional jurisdictions are excluded as of this writing; the owner should add any relevant to their chosen venues (the leveraged position runs on Hyperliquid, which maintains its own restricted-jurisdiction list the owner should confirm and mirror here before launch).

If you are located in, a citizen or resident of, or accessing this Site from any of the above, you must not use it. You're responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you where you live.

This notice reduces risk; it does not guarantee compliance with every applicable law, and Smelt may update the restricted list as regulations change. This project has not yet designated a governing jurisdiction; the owner should confirm one, and this list, with qualified legal counsel before launch.
